Kiernan Shipka Mourns ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ Co-Extensive name Chance Perdomo: “One among a Style Soul”

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina superstar Kiernan Shipka took to Instagram on Tuesday to mourn the loss of life of her co-superstar, Chance Perdomo.

“Oh man this hurts,” Shipka wrote below a carousel of photos that contains herself and her late friend. Perdomo died in a bike accident, his reps informed The Hollywood Reporter final weekend. He was 27.

“He was a one of a kind soul. Excellent essentially the most fiery, artistic, loving, related, and caring power probabilities are you’ll presumably be ready to guage,” Shipka persevered. “As prankish as he was kind. As loving as he was hilarious. He never didn’t design me chortle and he never didn’t serve me on my toes (or off of them if he was giving me a piggyback tear to my trailer which he typically did. Thanks Chance.)”

Shipka conducted the titular witch in Netflix‘s Sabrina, which ran for four seasons starting in 2018. Perdomo conducted Ambrose Spellman, Sabrina’s cousin and accomplice in crime.

In her tribute on Tuesday, Shipka wrote that Perdomo’s “humanity was a generous reward to me and to so many people. In truth hard to image this world without him in it.”

She concluded, “I loved him with my total coronary heart. I continually will.”

Over the weekend, many of Perdomo’s co-stars from Sabrina to boot to Top Video’s Gen V took to social media to honor their late friend.

Patrick Schwarzenegger, who portrays Perdomo’s easiest friend in Gen V, wrote on X, formerly Twitter, “This hurts. Plenty. What a young talented actor, and a large friend – long past means too soon.”

He moreover added that Perdomo was “a pleasure to work with.”

Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos took to Instagram to pay tribute to the late actor, writing that “Chance was a talented young actor misplaced too early. He was so enormous to work with on The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Every person at Netflix is sending fancy and energy to Chance’s total family and his sizable family of chums.”
