‘Hearth Country’ Jog-Off ‘Sheriff Country’ Picked Up by CBS for 2025-2026 TV Season

CBS has given an early series expose to “Sheriff Country,” a brand unusual drag-off of hit Ogle network drama “Hearth Country.” But in preference to airing the point to subsequent tumble or midseason, CBS plans to assign “Sheriff Country” for the 2025-2026 TV season.

Tony Phelan and Joan Rater are writing the principle “Sheriff Country” episode, with chronicle by Phelan, Rater and Max Thieriot. CBS Entertainment president Amy Reisenbach equipped the series expose on Thursday, as the network equipped its 2024-2025 time table and its upcoming programming plans. Reisenbach mentioned the early, early series expose is an example of how the network is mixing up its programming vogue strategy.
