Avant Homes is scheduled to begin work constructing over the 24-acre discipline on the perimeter of Clifton in April.
The £77.5m plot used to be authorized by Nottingham City Council’s planning committee on Wednesday 21st February 2024.
Known as Foxgrove Village and positioned off a cul-de-sac known as Hawksley Gardens, the brand new housing estate will comprise a mix of 1-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties.
Of the 265 properties on the pattern, 20% shall be designated as inexpensive properties.
First residents are anticipated to switch into their new properties in November.
