Swiss-owned Mixture Industries, phase of the Holcim Crew, acknowledged that the acquisition of Eco Readymix would abet place its place in the UK mortar market.
The deal performed steady before Christmas, with Eco Readymix administrators Gary and Paula Billington ceding management on 15th December 2023.
