NIGERIAN-IRISH SINGER & SONGWRITER TOLÜ MAKAY REVEALS NEW SINGLE, “MIND & BODY”

Nigerian-Irish singer & songwriter Tolü Makay returns alongside with her new single, “Recommendations & Body,” out on all streaming platforms this day. “Recommendations & Body” used to be co-written with and produced by Steph Marziano (Phoebe Bridgers, Hayley Williams, Odesza) and mixed by Dan Grech-Marguerat (Lana Del Rey, MUNA, George Ezra).

On “Recommendations & Body,” Tolü’s stable, soulful vocals take center stage, elevated by a lush mattress of ethereal manufacturing. Speaking on the poignant message on the assist of the song, she says, “‘Recommendations & Body’ explores the terror we the truth is feel when our body is numb to the 2d while our mind is drowning in senses, screaming for us to be recent within the here and now.
