Robertson lands £31m Hebburn procedure

Northern housing association Karbon Properties secured planning permission in September 2023 to invent a fancy of 95 apartments in Hebburn town centre, on the positioning of the dilapidated Lincoln Court procedure proper in the relieve of Hebburn Central.

The procedure is a partnership between Karbon Properties and South Tyneside Council, with Robertson Construction North East appointed because the lead contractor.

The pattern, designed by architect JDDK, will comprise 20 two-mattress and 75 one-mattress apartments, 17 of which is in an enviornment to be specialist dementia apartments. The properties will almost definitely be owned and managed by Karbon with South Tyneside Council’s adult social care group supporting with the allocation of the apartments.
