In his novel role, Smith can comprise responsibility for NIBCO’s Blytheville, Arkansas, facility, along with the corporate’s Nacogdoches, Texas, McAllen, Texas, and Reynosa, Mexico companies and products.
Smith began his occupation at NIBCO in 1996 in logistics at NIBCO’s world headquarters. Two years later, he modified into promoted and transferred as operations manager of NIBCO’s Nacogdoches facility. He held numerous roles from Production Superintendent, Plant Superintendent, Plant Supervisor, and most currently, Senior Plant Supervisor at Reynosa, sooner than his novel role.
Smith holds a bachelor’s stage in management from Rice University, in Houston, Texas.
