London’s Haringey Borough Council is facing the procurement of the £3bn framework, which has been reshaped to allocate areas for minute and medium-sized companies in addition to larger players on the market.
The Framework Alliance Agreement will replace the new LCP Framework (Main Work 19) which is thanks to expire in October 2024.
It has been spot up to bring each new college projects and the pipeline of intensive refurbishments in addition to explicit fireplace security works.
Colleges framework
- Lot 1.1 – Recent Produce £1m-£5m contract fee
- Lot 1.2 – Recent Produce £5m+ contract fee
- Lot 1.3 – Single Stage tendering, £1m+ contract fee
- Lot 1.4 – Neatly-liked Systems of Construction, (no minimal contract fee)
- Lot 2.1 – Retrofit, refurbishment, diversifications and remediations £1m-£5m
- Lot 2.2 – Retrofit, refurbishment, diversifications and remediations £5m+
- Lot 3.1 – Planned component replace works and fireplace security works £1m-5m
- Lot 3.2 – Planned component replace works and fireplace security works £5m+
