The July lawsuit from the AG’s office alleges the dealership – and its parent firm DARCARS Automobile Team – violated Maryland’s User Security Act. It allegedly tricked prospects by adding a two p.c price to the automobile’s sale note below the guise of an optional “gross sales price,” per Automobile News.
